As every year at a similar time, the Aviation-modelling day was held on the Maňávka meadow (near Horní Planá). These were demonstrations of radio-controlled models of airplanes, gliders, helicopters and other flying objects. There is no point in describing what, and especially how well, it flew here and especially how good those who controlled the models from the ground were; it simply has to be experienced and seen. So if you happen to be around Horní Planá at this time next year, be sure to visit the event – you won't regret it!
