It was our first trip to the East, respectively Middle East. Despite my initial fears, stemming mainly from the Czech not very well-informed media, it was finally truly fantastic holiday.
We rented a car and during those few days and we saw a lot of amazing places and visited a number of historic and world-famous monuments and sights – such as Tel Aviv – Yafo, Haifa, Nahariya, Rosh Hanikra, Sea of Galilee, Nazareth, Be´er Sheva, Mitzpe Ramon, Dead Sea and finally also Jerusalem.
Thanks to the great guide we explored Jerusalem different way than described in ordinary publications.
During our journey we also passed through the Palestinian territories and indeed we have never encountered any problems or even dangerous situations.
The fact that Israel has many famous, incredible and historically significant sights and that many of its sights are linked to the emergence of a series of worldwide religion, knows almost everyone. But many people have no idea, that moreover there is excellent cuisine, great people, interesting landscapes (from high hills covered with snow in the winter to a huge desert) and a large number of different species of birds and animals.
Israel is simply the Middle East's paradise!
