The visit to the High Tatras is always worth it. Our eastern neighbors have really beautiful mountains, and everybody is sure to remember a lot of already well known European places in connection with these highest mountains of Slovakia. Mountain huts spread over the entire length of the Tatras are also known. These are Chata pod Rysy, Téryho chata, Zbojnická chata, Chata pod Soliskom, Skalnatá chata, Sliezsky dom, Chata pri Zelenom plese, Majláthova chata, Chata pri Popradskom plese, Zamkovského chata, Rainerova chata and Bilíkova chata.

The quality and range of accommodation in the High Tatras has improved a lot over the past few years, although they still do not achieve the Austrian qualities.
