Budapest – Hungary

9.11. – 12.11.2017 Hungary Abroad

It has been a couple of years back since we visited the capital city of Hungary. Our feelings of this city are still the same after this visit; again, there is a positive impression and almost no negatives. Excellent food, pleasant cafes, nice sights, unusual places, interesting attractions and great company; it all together is and was amazing.

Budapest is a leading global city with strengths in commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment. It is a leading R&D and financial center and the highest ranked Central and Eastern European city on Innovation Cities Top 100 index, as well ranked as the second fastest-developing urban economy in Europe. Budapest is cited as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Budapest has architecturally noteworthy buildings in a wide range of styles and from distinct time periods, from the ancient times as Roman City of Aquincum in Óbuda (District III), which dates to around 89 AD, to the most modern Palace of Arts, the contemporary arts museum and concert hall.
