Bavarian Forest National Park III

27.2.2010 Germany Fauna and Flora

Thanks to the beautiful weather, I visited this "photographer's paradise" for the second time this year. The park, in which the wildlife photographer in particular and not only him, will always find something new and interesting, learn to photograph wild animals and get to know their behavior and habits, really provides an abundance of opportunities and possibilities for the creation of beautiful photographs. Above all, shots of wild animals in their immediate vicinity enable the creation of photographs that are very difficult to take in the wild, even for an experienced and good photographer, and on the other hand, photographs can be taken that cannot be photographed in the wild, e.g. a person in the immediate vicinity of a wild animal pigs, etc. However, this vast park is not only about animals, but there is also one interesting thing, and that is the so-called Trail in the Treetops. You can walk 8 to 25 meters above the ground in the treetops with many interesting views of the surroundings. The trail is 1,300 meters long and ends with an exceptional lookout tower above the treetops with a platform at a height of 44 meters above the ground, from which you can enjoy a fantastic and almost unlimited view, e.g. towards Luzný with an uninhabited area of forest wilderness or in the other direction towards the cultural landscape of the Bavarian Forest with the Alps on the horizon. The photos taken will reveal more about this unusual attraction.
