Czech Canada National Reserve is a popular domestic tourist destination, which lies on the border of southern Bohemia and southern Moravia between the towns of Slavonice, Nová Bystřice and Kunžak. The author of the name Czech Canada was Jaroslav Arnošt Trpák, a native of Jindřichův Hradec.

The Grasel Trail near Slavonice is one of the oldest Grasel Trails. It leads from Slavonice through Český Rudolec to Dolní Bolíkov, and from there back to Slavonice. It passes through deep forests, alleys of ancient roads, the valley of the Bolíkovský stream. Often on extinct and rediscovered footpaths. One of the most beautiful on the trail, for example Grasel's bathroom, Schiller's stone, Grasel's sluj and Grasel's three-man forehead, Penikov water sawmill, Dog cemetery, French stone, dilapidated castle in Český Rudolec and the defunct ironworks in Dolní Bolíkov. Český Rudolec (German: Böhmisch Rudoletz) is a municipality in the district of Jindřichův Hradec in the South Bohemian Region, historically one of the westernmost municipalities in Moravia. A typical symbol of the village is the local dilapidated castle (also called Malá Hluboká or Moravská Hluboká), which has a rich history.
