The Crown Trees Trail in the Krkonoše Mountains is located in the heart of the Krkonoše National Park. Part of the more than 1500 m long route is a 45 m high tower and also a unique learning center located underneath the wooden lookout tower, which presents the intricate root system of the trees. The trail is located near Jánské Lázně, on the road to Černý Důl.

Motoclub Vysoké nad Jizerou organized 29.9.2018 the traditional KTM Enduro Cross Country motorcycle races. The races took place in the Šachty ski resort, near the cross-country skiing trails opposite the ski area in Vysoká nad Jizerou.
