Albertovy skály

24.3.2012 Czechia Amazing place of Czechia

The weather was wonderful at the end of March. The last weekend of March was no different. And beautiful weather almost always invites you to take a trip. And around us, in the entire Czech Republic, there are so many wonderful and wonderful places that there is always something to choose from.
One of those wonderful places is, for example, the Drbákov – Albertovy skaly nature reserve. The Drbákov – Albertovy skály National Nature Reserve was founded in 1933. The reason for the protection is the communities of rocky slopes rising above the Slapy reservoir in the Vltava river valley. From these rocks there are wonderful views of the beautiful valley of the Vltava river. In addition to the breathtaking views, these places are also home to diverse species of plants and animals. Drbákov is also a nesting ground for grebes, owls and other birds of prey. A smooth snake or a green lizard lives here.
A very difficult educational trail, restored in May 2010, runs through the center of the area.
